Technology is changing before our eyes! RTV Euro AGD, as a leader in the electronics industry, understands this better than anyone. Recognizing the enormous potential of artificial intelligence, the company decided to conduct AI workshops.
Based on Google’s framework, a project partner, Full Stack Experts’ specialists prepared a workshop tailored to RTV Euro AGD’s needs.
During intensive sessions, participants delved into the capabilities of AI, mastered the principles of effective prompting, and took part in a Design Thinking session. This interactive approach allowed for precise identification of areas where AI could bring the most value. Based on this, tools were selected from the extensive gTech range to implement solutions addressing the brand’s real challenges. The workshop resulted in a strategy that will not only streamline processes but also significantly optimize time and costs, including those related to video production.

What Did the Workshops Look Like?
Our AI workshops weren’t just another series of presentations. We aimed for a dynamic and interactive experience that would bring tangible benefits to participants and make them feel part of the process, not just observers.
Thanks to our developed framework, we created a space not only for presenting but also for exchanging experiences and understanding the client’s perspective
The entire workshop was divided into several stages:
Different AI Areas
We began with a broad overview of artificial intelligence capabilities. We showed participants how to properly formulate queries (prompting) and how to leverage various AI tools in their daily work.
gTech Overview
Next, we delved into the world of gTech solutions. A brief theoretical introduction quickly gave way to practical demonstrations. We presented tools using the client’s own materials, which allowed for an evaluation of the real-world effects of the proposed solutions in the context of their specific needs.
Design Thinking
We immersed participants in the methodical Design Thinking process, which allowed them to view business challenges from an entirely new perspective. They focused on identifying specific challenges they face in their daily work and then generated innovative solutions using the potential of AI.
Discussion and Opportunity Assessment
This stage was the culmination of the workshops. Participants shared their insights, evaluated the potential of the presented tools, and discussed their implementation possibilities.
Next Steps
The outcome of the AI workshops was the decision to implement PVA, a tool that, in the participants’ assessment, will streamline the video production process and positively impact the efficiency of that area.
