Official Statement from Full Stack Experts regarding misleading publications in the hungarian media.

We categorically deny any suggestions that our company has been involved in financing political campaigns in Hungary or has helped to “bypass Google’s rules.” These publications are the result of a fundamental misunderstanding of the business model under which marketing technology providers operate.

Full Stack Experts is a leading Polish technology company and a certified Google Marketing Platform Sales Partner in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. Our role is to provide and resell licenses for advanced marketing tools, including the Display & Video 360 (DV360) platform, which is owned and managed by Google.

To fully explain our operational mechanism, we outline the key stages below:

1. Technology Provision: A client (e.g., an advertising agency or a direct advertiser) signs an agreement with us for access to an account in the DV360 system.
2. From the moment they gain access, the client manages their campaigns independently and autonomously. The client is solely responsible for the creation of ad content, its targeting, budgeting, and compliance with all regulations, including Google’s policies on matters such as political content.
3. The client settles payments with us for their media spend and our technology fee. Subsequently, we, as Full Stack Experts, settle the entire payment with Google.

This final step is why our company is formally listed as the “payer” in Google’s public Transparency Reports. This is a standard and widely used billing model in the industry. We are a payment intermediary, not the initiator or the actual funder of the campaign.

We deeply regret that despite our explanations, which were provided to the Hungarian journalists before the article was published, they chose to present this matter in a different light.

Update (October 3, 2025):
We wish to inform that we have contacted the Hungarian entity responsible for the political campaign in question. We have recommended that they adhere to all of Google’s applicable policies concerning the advertising of political content, including the mandatory declaration of such ads, as detailed in the official guidelines available here: https://support.google.com/platformspolicy/answer/16411925.
